The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, in collaboration with mobile phone operators Telekom, VIP and Telenor, enabled the use of the number 112 for emergency response; it may be dialed from all telephones, even without a SIM card, and using any network. This service is free.

By dialing the number 112, the call is transferred the number of the Crisis Staff. Citizens in danger can call 112, and the on duty call operator at the Crisis Staff will take their call.
