Action of voucher granting for holidays in Serbia has been a full success and, including Friday, all 46.000 vouchers have been granted, as planned by the budget of this year, as said by a Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajić.
Mr Ljajić has added that since there was a huge interest of the citizens and caterers throughout the country, the action of granting the vouchers for holidays in Serbia will be realised next year as well.
As the Minister has said, the most attractive holiday destinations for voucher granting are Prolom Banja, Zlatibor and Banja Koviljača, and then Lukovksa Banja, Sokobanja, Vrnjačka Banja, Gornja Trepča and Sijarinska Banja.
“When it comes to the cities showing the biggest interest in the vouchers, the first place is taken by Belgrade, and then Novi Sad, Pančevo, Niš and Kragujevac”, Mr Ljajić has said.
He has also mentioned that when it comes to the categories of citizens, the retired people have shown the biggest interest, which is 56 per cent out of the total number of the citizen applying for the vouchers, and then the employed population with 34 per cent and the unemployed population with around 9 per cent.
