The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications introduced a hotline for all the domestic tourists travelling via travel agencies from Serbia to be able to submit comments on the work of these agencies and to report possible abuse. Tourism inspectors will answer calls to the Hotline number 011/31-39-686 during work hours, while after 15:30 callers will be able to leave a message on the answering machine.

The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications has introduced two hotlines for foreign tourists so that they can obtain information and submit comments in English. The numbers of these hotlines are 011/31-22-869 and 011/26-02-579.

For calls during the day but outside work hours, an on-duty tourism inspector will answer calls to the mobile phone number 064/89-33-091.

Domestic and foreign tourists can obtain information through the Tourist Organization of Serbia, every day from 9 am to 22 pm by calling 011/20-97-828 or by calling 011/6557-127 on work days from 9 am to 20 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 17 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 16 pm.
