Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajić set today the cornerstone for the construction of a new diagnostic center, a school and a kindergarten in Novi Pazar.
All three projects, valued 7 million euros, will be financed by the Government of the United Arab Emirates. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Serbia Juma Rashid al Dhaheri and a representative of the “Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Charity Foundation” Ali Mohammed al Suwaidi.
Vučić announced that the projects will be completed within six months. “Your children will learn in the most modern facilities and will achieve great results. We plan to open a wood processing plant here, we have serious plans with our friends from the United Arab Emirates in the field of agriculture, we are negotiating the entrance of an Italian investor into the market and we are planning to build tens of kilometers of roads in this region,” said Vučić.
The ceremony was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Kori Udovički, Minister of Health Zlatibor Lončar, Minister of Youth and Sports Vanja Udovičić, and Minister of Defense Bratislav Gašić.
