TIKA continues to fund projects in Serbia

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic met today with Deputy President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) Ali Maskan to discuss projects that TIKA intends to implement in Serbia.

Maskan said that TIKA will allocate €1.35 million to finance projects to alleviate the consequences of catastrophic floods in Serbia in May last year.

He added that these funds will be allocated for four projects, that the Office for Reconstruction and Flood Relief will suggest.

Also, Maskan said that TIKA will in the future continue to finance various projects in Serbia that will lead to job creation.
