Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajić signed the Rule book on establishing a Plan for the issuance of commemorative postage stamps, securities and the motifs of regular postage stamps and securities for the year 2014.

Postage stamps, both regular and commemorative, in addition to the flag, the emblem and the currency of a country, represent its recognizable features which permanently represent the cultural heritage of the country, its ethnographic specificity, historical events, and eminent figures from the fields of science, culture, art, natural beauty and significant sporting events.

The adoption of the Rule book establishes the Plan for the issuance of commemorative postage stamps, securities and motifs of regular postage stamps and securities, pursuant to which the Public Enterprise PTT “Serbia” will issue commemorative and regular postage stamps in the next year.
