The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications will present the by-laws under the Law on Mediation in Real Estate and Leasing on Tuesday July 29, at 13 a.m. in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

The representatives of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications will speak about the importance of organization in the field of mediation in real estate in terms of improving legal certainty for all participants in the real estate market, while strengthening the competitiveness of this important sub-sector of business services and promoting professional intermediaries.

The Regulations which will be presented to the public were published on July 21, 2014, in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 75/2014 and shall come into force on the day of the presentation, on July 29, 2014.
