Professional examination for intermediaries in the trade and lease of real estate will begin in late October this year. The exams will be held after the list of exam questions is prepared, a decision confirming the examination period is issued and the exam committee is determined, said Željko Stojanović, Head of the Working Group for the preparation of by-laws under the Law on Mediation in Trade and Lease of Real Estate.

During the presentation of the rulebooks governing the field of mediation in trade and lease of real estate, in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the representatives of the Ministry announced that in August this year, a notice about the exam period will be posted on the official website of the ministry www.mtt.gov.rs, so that the candidates could have enough time to prepare for the professional exams for intermediaries.

The professional exam program can be downloaded from the website of the ministry (column: documents / by-laws). Each module contains a list of literature and legal sources for each of the four subjects.

The candidates can prepare for the exams on their own or attend the courses which be organized by various educational institutions and associations. At the presentation in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, representatives of this institution announced that the Chamber of Commerce will organize courses for test preparation for intermediaries, and that candidates will be duly informed (www.pks.rs).

The manuals for the exams will be prepared by the institutions that will conduct the preparation for the exam.

Starting next year, the written part of the exam will be organized in cities across Serbia.
