The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, in cooperation with experts from the Republic of Korea, organized the 4th workshop of the Black See Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in the field of ICT, on November 5, 2014. The workshop was attended by the representatives of the relevant institutions: DEU, AMERS, MI, MD, RINDS, NBS, RATEL and NSA.

On this occasion, experiences in the field of development of e-government and the legal framework of information security for e-government, as well as achievements in the field of building national information structures were exchanged.

Bearing in mind that there are over 300 villages in Korea, that have a special network through which ICT services can be accessed, part of the workshop was dedicated to familiarizing the participants with this concept.
