Assistant Minister Vesna Novaković held a presentation today, at the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Zaječar, about the Law on Consumer Protection, which is in effect since September 22, 2014. She informed the representatives of the industry present at the conference, about the new legal solutions, ways of fulfilling their obligations and the legal deadlines for resolving consumer complaints.

Today’s visit is one in a series of visits where the representatives of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications will raise the awareness of the economic sector about the implementation of the Law on Consumer Protection.
