Each project proposal is submitted by a project consortium, which consists of several partner organizations. Therefore, including of adequate partners from different Member Countries and Associated Countries is of key importance for approval of the project proposal.
That is the reason why, at the website of European Commission dedicated to the ICT PSP Program, there is an available database of partners, where you can find a relevant partner from some of the participating countries, and where you can also perform registration of your company or organization:

Within the IDEAL IST project, there is also a service available for finding of the partners for the projects within ICT PSP Program.
In addition, European Commission has established a network of national contact points, in all participating countries. Apart from providing of all necessary information about the Program and participation in it, you can also contact them in order to find the most adequate and suitable partner.
