ICT PSP Program is open for all legal persons from EU Member Countries or Associated Countries. The countries which have the status of Associated Countries are Island, Liechtenstein, Norway, Croatia, Turkey, and from 2010, the Republic of Serbia as well. Notwithstanding the type of project, the participation of several partners from different EU Countries or Associated Countries is necessary.

Therefore, all legal persons from the Republic of Serbia can participate in the Program, both as coordinators of projects and project consortium, or as partners. Small and medium enterprises, public institutions, as well as organizations and companies, which, when it comes to their field of activities, comply with the topics and objectives of the working programs of ICT PSP, can also participate in the Program.
