Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunications is making a public call to all interested associations and foundations, having the status of non-government organisations, to submit programme proposals for co-financing from the funds allocated from the budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2018.
The programme should contribute to general objectives in the field of development of the information society on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The subject of the competition is granting funds for programmes in the field of information society development, i.e. within the following topic: 1.1 International competitions in the field of computer science, mathematics and physics.
The maximum amount to be granted per programme proposal is RSD 2.000.000,00.
Public competition defines that the programme proposal should be submitted on the defined form, in Serbian language, written on a PC. Project proposals written by hand or typing machine, and those not submitted on the defined form, shall not be taken into considerations.
Deadline for submitting the programme proposals is 19 February 2018. Timely shall be those proposals submitted within the defined deadline.
Programme proposals submitted after the expiry of the defined time period shall be considered untimely and shall not be taken into consideration.
Programme proposal and documents shall be submitted at the clerk’s office of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunications, Sector for Information Society, to the address: Belgrade, 22-26 Nemanjina, in a closed envelope, only by registered mail or courier service, or in person.
All adequate forms shall be submitted in one original copy verified by an authorised person, once printed copy and electronic version with all annexes only on a CD or DVD.
The envelope must carry the full name and address of the sender, name of the programme proposal and the following text: FOR COMPETITION – DO NOT OPEN.
