In line with the Conclusion of the Board for Economy and Finances of the Government of the Republic of Serbia from September 7, 2016, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications is publishing a public call for participations in the public debate on the Draft Law on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services.

The public debate will take place in the period September 7-30, 2016.

Remarks, suggestions and proposals will be submitted to the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, with an email sent to the following address: milan.vojvodic@mtt.gov.rs or in written form to the address: Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Information Society Sector, 22-26 Nemanjina, Belgrade.

A round table will be organised in Belgrade within the public debate, which will take place on September 13, 2016 in the Serbia Chamber of Commerce, 15 Resavska Street, room 2, Belgrade, starting at 11 o’clock.

Upon the completion of the public call procedure the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications will analyse all the proposals and suggestions made in the public debate, make a report on the conducted public debate on the Draft Law and prepare the final version of the Draft Law for a Government session to be discussed.
