A virtual tour of Serbia through the project Google Street View

State Secretary at the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Lukrecija Đeri said that she is honored to have the opportunity to attend the launch of the Google Street View project, thanks to which today we can get to know Serbia in a completely new dimension.

At the presentation of the Google Street View project in Belgrade, Đeri said that it is extremely important for tourism because it will contribute to a better positioning of Serbia on the world tourist map.

Deputy Mayor Andreja Mladenović said it is a good way for people from different continents to see Belgrade making them want to come and personally experience everything the city has to offer.

The Director of Google for the Adriatic Region Joško Mrndže said that Street View as a product has so far been launched in more than 50 countries, and more than 3,000 cities.

Since October last year, Google cars have been photographing three cities in our country, including Belgrade, and in a few days, internet users will be able to virtually walk through the cities of Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš.
