Development\u00a0entitled\u00a0\u201cUNDERGRA<wbr>D\u201d (Eng.under-city).\u00a0The photographs\u00a0created\u00a0during the investigation\u00a0of the\u00a0underground\u00a0facilities\u00a0in Belgrade\u00a0are displayed\u00a0in 3D.\u00a0The\u00a0possibilities\u00a0of new\u00a0technologies\u00a0in the presentation\u00a0of cultural heritage\u00a0are demonstrated\u00a0on the\u00a0example\u00a0of the\u00a0interactive\u00a03D\u00a0reconstruct<wbr>ion\u00a0of the former\u00a0look of the\u00a0ancient\u00a0tomb\u00a0at\u00a0Brestovik.<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/kc3162.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9009\" title=\"kc3162\" very\u00a0good way to\u00a0take advantage\u00a0of\u00a0what ICT has to\u00a0offer\u201d,\u00a0said\u00a0Mati\u0107.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Nimbus Sans L', sans-serif;\">According to her, educational institutions\u00a0in Serbia\u00a0will\u00a0be able\u00a0to present\u00a0study\u00a0material\u00a0through<wbr>\u00a0digital\u00a0technology\u00a0in an interesting\u00a0and\u00a0creative way\u00a0using\u00a03D\u00a0animation,\u00a0adding that\u00a0new\u00a0technologies\u00a0allow\u00a0th<wbr>e\u00a0possibility\u00a0of bringing\u00a0cultural heritage\u00a0closer to people\u00a0with\u00a0special needs\u00a0unable\u00a0to visit\u00a0these sites because of their\u00a0handicap.<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Digital\u00a0reconstruction\u00a0will be available\u00a0in the form of\u00a0interactivevirtual\u00a0tours\u00a0on the website\u00a0of the\u00a0Belgrade\u00a0underground.\u00a0The\u00a0<wbr>Center for\u00a0Urban Development\u00a0announced that\u00a0the website\u2019s\u00a0visitors\u00a0will be able to\u00a0enter the\u00a0virtual\u00a0tomb\u00a0and\u00a0manage\u00a0it<wbr>s\u00a0content,\u00a0while the\u00a0frescoes,\u00a0sarcophagi\u00a0and\u00a0a<wbr>ncient sculptures\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0part of\u00a0a future\u00a0documentary about\u00a0the ancient\u00a0heritage in Serbia\u00a0as\u00a0well as a\u00a0part of an application\u00a0for mobile\u00a0phones.<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/kc30281.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"kc3028\" src=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/kc30281-1024x620.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"353\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the first\u00a0public\u00a0competition\u00a0for\u00a0f<wbr>unds\u00a0for programs in the field of\u00a0development of the\u00a0information society\u00a02013, which was\u00a0organized by the Ministry\u00a0of Foreign and Internal\u00a0Trade and Telecommunications,\u00a0the\u00a0progra<wbr>m\u00a0of the Center\u00a0for\u00a0Urban Development,\u00a0entitled \u201cStratonik\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0digital\u00a0reconstru<wbr>ction ofancient\u00a0heritage\u201d was\u00a0rated as\u00a0one of the\u00a0best 38 programs.<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
