{"id":28830,"date":"2017-12-05T12:34:40","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T10:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/?p=28830"},"modified":"2018-02-22T10:57:32","modified_gmt":"2018-02-22T08:57:32","slug":"hangzhou-cloud-city-the-first-station-of-serbia-on-the-information-silk-road","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/en\/releases-and-announcements\/hangzhou-cloud-city-the-first-station-of-serbia-on-the-information-silk-road\/","title":{"rendered":"Hangzhou, cloud city, the first station of Serbia on the Information Silk Road"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>State Secretary in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunications Tatjana Mati\u0107 has said in the meeting of Serbian delegation with the National Committee for Reforms and Development in Hangzhou, that the activities launched within the implementation of the Memorandum of Information Silk Road between Serbia and China of key importance for the cooperation of the two countries in the field of digital economy.<\/p>\n<p>She has expressed her pleasure with the fact that Hangzhou was selected as the partner city to the City of Ni\u0161, with which it will establish a pilot zone of the economic cooperation, since that ancient Chinese city with years of tradition in commerce, today is known for its developed digital economy and successful IT companies. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is also important that the headquarters of \u201cAlibaba Group\u201d are in Hangzhou, since the agreement was made with that company, during this visit to China, to start the realisation of defined cooperation priorities in the Information Silk Road\u201d, says Ms Mati\u0107.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/telo.jpg\" alt=\"Hangzhou, cloud city, the first station of Serbia on the Information Silk Road\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28041\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/telo.jpg 600w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/telo-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/telo-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Activities were made precise in the meeting to implement the Memorandum of Information Silk Road.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of electronic trade, a single zone with Hangzhou will be established, to include storage, export, and logistic centres, where the leader will be \u201cAlibaba\u201d. In the field of \u201csmart cities\u201d smart traffic and safety will be developed, as well as electronic services of administrative bodies, and based on the Hangzhou model. Enterprises from that cities will be encouraged to establish information centres and platforms for e-cloud in Serbia. The plan is to create the platform within the high-tech zones and science parks, to support the cooperation of high education institutes and enterprises. <\/p>\n<p>Modern logistics will be developed, where Chinese enterprises will be encouraged to invest in cargo centres and production parks for the users in Europe. In the field of tourism, opportunities for cooperation between Hangzhou and Serbia will be analysed, creation of attractive touristic arrangements, and online cooperation.
