{"id":28660,"date":"2018-01-30T16:38:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T14:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/?p=28660"},"modified":"2018-02-12T10:54:39","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T08:54:39","slug":"new-free-trade-agreement-signed-between-serbia-and-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/en\/releases-and-announcements\/new-free-trade-agreement-signed-between-serbia-and-turkey\/","title":{"rendered":"New Free Trade Agreement signed between Serbia and Turkey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunications Rasim Ljaji\u0107 has signed early today in Ankara, together with Minister of Economy of Turkey Nihat Zeibakch, a new Free Trade Agreements between the two countries, as well as the new Agreement on encouraging and protection of investments.<\/p>\n<p>The text of the Free Trade Agreement was initialled during the official visit of Serbia by Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan in October last year, and today\u2019s signing will create the conditions for its ratification in the Parliaments of the two countries, and then for its implementation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/6-1.jpg\" alt=\"\u041f\u043e\u0442\u043f\u0438\u0441\u0430\u043d \u043d\u043e\u0432\u0438 \u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0443\u043c \u0421\u0440\u0431\u0438\u0458\u0435 \u0438 \u0422\u0443\u0440\u0441\u043a\u0435 \u043e \u0441\u043b\u043e\u0431\u043e\u0434\u043d\u043e\u0458 \u0442\u0440\u0433\u043e\u0432\u0438\u043d\u0438\" width=\"600\" height=\"397\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/6-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/6-1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/6-1-453x300.jpg 453w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the new Free Trade Agreement between the two countries, it will be possible for the first time to have the customs-free export from Serbia to the Turkish market of 5.000 tons of beef a year, as well as the defined quotas of raw and refined sunflower oil, sunflower seed, and certain types of bakery products. <\/p>\n<p>It will also double the quotas for export of certain sorts of frozen vegetables and prunes from Serbia to Turkey.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\u041f\u043e\u0442\u043f\u0438\u0441\u0430\u043d \u043d\u043e\u0432\u0438 \u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0443\u043c \u0421\u0440\u0431\u0438\u0458\u0435 \u0438 \u0422\u0443\u0440\u0441\u043a\u0435 \u043e \u0441\u043b\u043e\u0431\u043e\u0434\u043d\u043e\u0458 \u0442\u0440\u0433\u043e\u0432\u0438\u043d\u0438\" width=\"600\" height=\"409\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/4.jpg 600w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/4-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/4-440x300.jpg 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the meeting with Minister Zeibekchi, Mr Ljaji\u0107 asked to have export of certain amounts of meat to the Turkish market even before the ratification of the Free Trade Agreements.
