{"id":26509,"date":"2017-06-29T15:15:58","date_gmt":"2017-06-29T13:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/?p=26509"},"modified":"2017-07-05T09:28:48","modified_gmt":"2017-07-05T07:28:48","slug":"contemporary-methodology-in-teaching-it-science","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/en\/releases-and-announcements\/contemporary-methodology-in-teaching-it-science\/","title":{"rendered":"Contemporary methodology in teaching IT science"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>State Secretary in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Mati\u0107 has said to the press in the Gallery of the Museum of Science and Technology that an institutional support has been given to the cooperation with the civil sector, in order to realise the teaching of the new, compulsory subject of IT science in the fifth grade of primary schools in an adequate and efficient manner. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1SAL8704.jpg\" alt=\"Contemporary methodology in teaching IT science\" title=\"Contemporary methodology in teaching IT science\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1SAL8704.jpg 600w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1SAL8704-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1SAL8704-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Presenting the initiative \u201cCode!\u201d, consisted of the projects \u201cVisual coding for primary school pupils\u201d and \u201cCoding for primary school pupils\u201d, Ms Mati\u0107 has stressed that the projects are supported by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, primarily with the aim to make the teachers have the contemporary methodology in this field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIntroduction of the IT science as a compulsory subject for pupils of higher grades of primary school, is only one step towards a contemporary education. The curriculum for the pupils of the fifth grade should be in line with the modern methodology developing algorithmic thinking in the youngest.
