State Secretary in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Mati\u0107 will ceremoniously open the conference on the International Safer Internet Day, on Tuesday, February 7, at 12 o\u2019clock, at the Science and Technology Park in Belgrade.<\/p>\n

The conference organised by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, will be participated by the representatives of the state administration involved in the creation of the National Contact Centre for Online Safety of Children, as well as non-government organisations which projects were approved in the Public Competition of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, for granting funds for IT society development programmes.<\/p>\n

The participants will present the programmes and activities for increasing the online safety of children and development of digital literacy, in line with this year\u2019s message for the Safer Internet Day \u2013 Be the change: Unite for a better internet\u201d.<\/p>\n

A panel will be also organised on the topic: \u201cNational contact centre for online safety of children \u2013 institutional platform for raising the level of safety and security of children when using the information and communication technologies\u201d.
