{"id":4685,"date":"2012-11-13T16:59:22","date_gmt":"2012-11-13T14:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mtt.gov.rs\/?page_id=4685"},"modified":"2013-11-15T11:02:33","modified_gmt":"2013-11-15T09:02:33","slug":"fp7","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/arhiva.mtt.gov.rs\/en\/projects-and-funding-programs\/fp7\/","title":{"rendered":"FP7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/\">Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development \u2013 FP7<\/a>\u00a0is the biggest research and development program of the European Union, and it is the basic mechanism for research financing in the period from 2007 to 2013. Seventh Framework Programme has the objective to contribute to the realization of the goals of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/growthandjobs\/index_en.htm\">Lisbon Strategy<\/a>\u00a0and development of the European Union economy as the most dynamic, world competitive economy, based on know-how. FP7 is also the basic instrument for creating of a single European Research Area \u2013 ERA. The total budget of the Seventh Framework Programme amounts over 50 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>FP7 is structurally divided into four basic programme blocks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/cooperation\/home_en.html\">Cooperation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/people\/home_en.html\">People<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/ideas\/home_en.html\">Ideas<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/ict\/participating\/calls_en.html\">Capacities<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seventh Framework Programme also dedicates assets for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/euratom\/home_en.html\">European Atomic Energy Community \u2013 Euratom<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/jrc\/home_en.html\">Joint Research Centre of the European Commission \u2013 JRC<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The greatest assets are allocated for the Programme Block of Cooperation, 32,413 billion euros in total.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/cooperation\/home_en.html\">Cooperation<\/a>\u00a0comprises ten thematic research fields, out of which the greatest portion of assets, 9 billion euros, is allocated for the thematic field of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/ict\/\">Information-Communications Technologies (ICT)<\/a>. In this way, the European Commission recognized this thematic research field as the most important and most perspective one for the further economic development of EU. Development of capacities for the ICT research field is also significantly supported through\u00a0Capacities.<\/p>\n<p>Project application and assets approval is organized through the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/ict\/participating\/calls_en.html\">Calls for projects,<\/a>\u00a0which contain detailed information regarding the research objectives within the Call (within the so called Working programs), financing methods and deadlines for submission of project proposals.
